Holistic wellness coaching offers clients the opportunity to work one on one with a certified professional to address any barriers life throws at them. We come up with action steps to work towards your goals both physically and mentally. We tackle everything related to mind, body, and spirit. We dive deep into any insecurities the client may have. At Mindful Movements we focus on life-style changes, healthy eating habits, productive morning and evening routines and everything in between.
These 30-minute sessions are designed to leave you feeling accomplished and sweaty! Most of the workouts are bodyweight, but a schedule will be sent out on Sundays requesting what to have with you. We have everything from Pilates to HIIT! Every muscle group will be left exhausted after a week of your classes!
You can choose to go the wellness coaching route with personal training OR just personal training! We will discover what will be the best option for you during your consult call.
Benefits:
-One zoom session a week. Sessions are 1 hour. For the first 30 minutes we are chatting about goals, self-love, habits, and everything that includes holistic wellness. The last 30 minutes focuses on the movement piece. I will take you through a low-impact workout that will leave you feeling accomplished.
-FREE zoom classes. Sign ups will be through Vagaro, I will send out links to the session 15 minutes before class starts. Most classes will be body weight, I will send out information with Sunday’s schedules if you need anything else! Classes include but are not limited to: full body, butts & guts, upper, core, cardio, HIIT
-Local members can take classes at Rise & Thrive (Exeter, NH) for $10 each
-Local members are given 1 FREE sauna session a month at Rise & Thrive (Exeter, NH)
-FREE challenges hosted by Mindful Movements and chances to win prizes!
-Local members are able to meet up at a gym of their choice if they choose to!
